Ranger excellence was on full display for the 2025 Doughboy Awards. The night honored GEN (Ret) Vincent Brooks, CSM (Ret) Gerald Klein and civilian small businss owner Paul Voorhees.

Maintaining a code of ethics, a Ranger philosophy to live by, the Ranger Creed written by CSM Neal R. Gentry would encompass this philosophy and would be the hallmark of the spirit, discipline, and duty of all Rangers in peace and war. CSM Gentry was handpicked to serve as the first CSM for the 1st Ranger Battalion.

On October 13th, our friends at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP graciously hosted the Ranger Legacy Foundation and our guests for a special mission brief social in Washington, D.C. We called this brief, From the Frontlines to the Future. The purpose of this evening was to formally unveil the architectural concept design and renderings for the Ranger Legacy Center.

When you walk into a room full of Army Rangers, you feel it before you hear it, that quiet sense of connection, like invisible threads holding everyone in place. No one has to explain it. It’s understood. A nod, a handshake, a look. The sum of all parts silently affirm a bond built through shared purpose, discipline, and sacrifice.

The Ranger Legacy Foundation has unveiled a comprehensive Calendar of Events, a centralized hub for the Ranger community to stay informed and engaged. This initiative underscores the Foundation's commitment to fostering connections, preserving history, and supporting the families of Rangers.

Working committees allow the Foundation to harness the experience, skills, and perspectives of our community. They ensure that no single voice carries the entire burden, but instead, collective wisdom guides the way. Committees also provide opportunities for engagement, inviting members of the Ranger community, family members, and supporters to play an active role in shaping the legacy we preserve.

Despite being connected through shared experience, many feel isolated, driven to achieve something as meaningful—or even greater—than their time in service.
