  • We are currently exploring several land options available to us. We expect to be closer to a decision in November 2025.

  • We are currently going through a process of assessing potential Architect partners. Once we make that determination and enter is a pre-design contract we will be able to re-assess the funds needed.

  • It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more.

  • We expect to launch a capital campaign within the next six months and then leading an 18 - 24 month campaign. Once fully funded we anticipate a two year build process.

  • Participate in our bi-monthly IPR sessions.
