One Force, One Standard

There is a quiet pride in working alongside colleagues from across the force. It is not about visibility or recognition. It is about alignment. Shared standards. A mutual commitment to something greater than any one organization.

The Ranger Legacy Foundation is honored to stand shoulder to shoulder with partners like the Army Sniper Association and the Sapper Association. These relationships are not symbolic. They are active, intentional, and grounded in respect for the unique role each community plays in strengthening the force.

We take pride in the opportunity to strategize together, to collaborate in meaningful ways, and to uplift one another’s missions. When one community advances, the entire force becomes stronger. That is how enduring impact is built.

The Ranger Regiment has always reflected this truth. It takes more than one specialty to sustain excellence. More than 100 MOSs contribute to the success of the Regiment, each bringing critical expertise, perspective, and capability. Leadership grounded in the Ranger standard strengthens not just individual units, but the entire force.

Yet across that diversity, there is one unifying standard.

One tan beret.

It represents a shared identity forged through discipline, accountability, and commitment. It is not defined by a single role, but by a collective willingness to uphold the highest expectations, together. And within that reality, something equally important becomes clear: we need Ranger-qualified leaders in every MOS.

That same spirit guides how we engage with our partners. We do not operate in isolation. We build alongside others who are equally committed to service, legacy, and the people who carry both forward.

Because at the end of the day, this is one force.

And we move forward together.
