Legacy Week

COL Kitefre Oboho

While this year did not mark an official Ranger Rendezvous, it was still a Legacy Week — a time centered around the prestigious Ranger Hall of Fame that carried just as much heart, pride, and connection.

Each year, this powerful tradition unites generations of U.S. Army Rangers and their families. It’s more than an annual event — it's more than a reunion. It’s a living testament to the strength of the Ranger Brotherhood, the enduring legacy of sacrifice, and the relentless pursuit of excellence that defines the Ranger Creed.

We were reminded that being a Ranger isn’t a job, and it isn’t confined to a single week. It’s a lifetime identity — a commitment that reaffirms our values, strengthens our unity, and ensures the torch is passed from one generation to the next.

2025 Ranger Hall of Fame

Throughout the week, the U.S. Army Ranger Association held its annual Muster, while Three Rangers Foundation and the 75th Ranger Regiment Association coordinated events designed to build connection, honor service, and celebrate legacy.

A highlight of the week was the Ranger Hall of Fame dinner, where Colonel Kitefre Oboho delivered a powerful opening address, reminding us all that “we can never stop earning what it means to be a Ranger.” During the meal, Jeff Struecker welcomed the newest inductees into the ranks of the best of the best, and the evening concluded with a moving performance of “Not Me” by new inductee Keni Thomas.

The following day, more than 400 family members, friends, and comrades gathered to honor the 2025 Ranger Hall of Fame class. Colonel Stewart Lindsay left us with stirring reflections, as the audience — including members of the media — sat captivated by stories of love, hardship, heroism, and triumph. There was laughter. There were tears. And through it all, the unwavering spirit of the Ranger community prevailed.

Rangers lead the way — always.
