Introducing Ranger Rose
The Ranger Legacy Foundation announces a brand new program, Ranger Rose.
The Mission:
To honor, connect, and empower the female family members of Army Rangers, as well as significant supporters, who provide unwavering strength and resilience behind the scenes.
The Vision:
To create a vibrant network of “Ranger Roses” who serve as pillars of support for the Ranger Legacy Foundation and Ranger community at large while amplifying the legacy of the Ranger spirit through service, education, and camaraderie.
The Ranger Legacy Foundation makes decisions and thinks critically with the guidance of our stated values.
Ranger Rose Core Values:
Resilience: Recognizing the steadfast strength of Ranger families.
Community: Building lasting bonds among Ranger family members.
Service: Encouraging volunteerism and support for the Ranger Legacy Foundation and Ranger Community at-large.
Heritage: Preserving the history and stories of our Rangers.
Ranger Legacy Foundation Values
From our inception, the Ranger Legacy Foundation established a defining set of values: Honor, Legacy, Service, Integrity, Excellence, Inspiration, Connection, and Education. These values guide our decision making.
For each value, we have clearly defined how we show up for our partners and the Ranger community at large. Every program, partnership, and investment is grounded in and accountable to these principles.
The Ranger Rose Program was thoughtfully shaped through the guidance and candid feedback of women within the Ranger community. We asked what would be meaningful and relevant. We were intentional about not creating something in a vacuum, but instead building something that reflects their voices, their experiences, and what truly matters to them.

In the waiting.
In the unwavering presence of women who carry the weight of service in ways few ever see.
They hold families together through distance and uncertainty.

The Ranger Rose Program exists to honor these women, to create meaningful opportunities for service, and to cultivate a community where connection can grow and flourish.
