This event connects transitioning Rangers with trusted mentors, employers, and service providers- like you- who support successful post-military transitions. It’s a meaningful way to share your experience, services, or opportunities with members of the 75th Ranger Regiment.

Industry Day – Wednesday, March 25
The second day of the symposium is an Industry Workshop Day, where you’ll meet Rangers in small group discussions. There’s no formal pitch- just real conversations about what you do, what paths exist, and how you can support their journey.  Lunch will be provided, and we expect the event to run through early afternoon.
