Answering the Call to Steward the Ranger Legacy
Ranger Legacy Foundation Board Service Opportunities in 2026
The Ranger Legacy Foundation exists to preserve, honor, and advance the legacy of the United States Army Rangers for generations to come. Our mission is rooted in service, sacrifice, and stewardship. As our work grows in scope and impact, we are seeking mission-aligned leaders to join our Board of Directors and help guide the Ranger Legacy Foundation.
Board service with the Ranger Legacy Foundation is not ceremonial. It is a meaningful commitment to leadership, accountability, and long-term vision. Our Board plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our mission, strengthening governance, and supporting the strategic growth of the Foundation as we work to bring the Ranger Legacy Center and related initiatives to life.
We are seeking individuals who share a deep respect for the Ranger community and who bring expertise that will strengthen our collective leadership. Ideal candidates may have experience in nonprofit governance, finance, legal affairs, development and fundraising, marketing and communications, facilities planning, or strategic growth. Equally important is a willingness to serve with humility, diligence, and a strong sense of responsibility to those whose stories we preserve.
Service on the Board of Directors includes fiduciary oversight, active participation in committees, advocacy on behalf of the Foundation, and a personal commitment to the mission through wealth, wisdom or work. Board members are expected to engage thoughtfully, contribute their professional expertise, and help cultivate relationships that advance the Foundation’s long-term sustainability.
The Ranger Legacy Foundation is at a pivotal moment. With growing momentum, increased public engagement, and ambitious plans ahead, this is a unique opportunity to help shape an institution that will stand as a lasting tribute to Rangers and their families. Board members serve not for recognition, but out of a shared belief that the Ranger legacy deserves to be preserved with excellence, integrity, and care.
If you are called to lead, serve, and steward something larger than yourself, we invite you to explore board service with the Ranger Legacy Foundation. Together, we can ensure that the Ranger legacy is honored today and protected for tomorrow.
